To track a Caresoft Foundation Crafts order, enter the order number (format CF/26-27/000123) from your confirmation email or WhatsApp message on this page. Tracking updates appear as soon as the courier scans the parcel. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
Delivery questions
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We ship to every serviceable pincode in all 28 states and 8 union territories, including the Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands.
What if my item arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund you in full. You do not need to return the broken item.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery takes 2–4 days within Maharashtra, 3–7 days across most of India, and 7–12 days for the Northeast, J&K, Ladakh and the islands.
Can I return an item I simply did not like?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is deducted from the refund.
How are fragile clay items packed?
Each piece is wrapped in recycled corrugated sheet and paper cushioning inside a double-wall carton. We do not use plastic bubble wrap.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000 in serviceable pincodes. A handling charge of ₹60 applies.
